I often say that age is a mindset. While some might think I say this solely to maintain my youthful appearance (which I do aim to preserve), this belief has become my guiding principle for many reasons. Everyone’s journey is unique, and I firmly believe that a person’s mindset isn’t tied to their age. I became a mother at a young age, which pushed my mindset ahead of my years; yet now, with most of my children grown, I feel younger than ever. Throughout my motherhood journey, I’ve learned a crucial lesson: my identity extends beyond being “mom.” I cherish my family and the role of a mother, but I am also my own person, with a full range of emotions.
